finished up the sample library today. This had to have been the hardest 248MB of material I’ve ever cut into samples. Previewed over 5500 restored cylinder recordings from the University of California Santa Barbara, to end up with about 475 total samples.

Getting about 10mb of material a day. It’s quite an intensive process to preview cylinders and then pick out the ones to be used for vocal snippets. Should hopefully complete the project by the end of the month with 300mb of total material.

License agreement with the University of California, to use cylinder recordings for an upcoming sample library, has been finalized and executed.
